DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In-Stock items ordered with standard ground service usually ship from our store or our designer’s warehouse in 5-7 business days. Orders placed before 5pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

If an item you order needs to be placed on a back-order from our designers due to high demand, you will be notified of the date the item is made available again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this point in time, Lady Black Tie is not offering International Shipping. We will be adding International orders & shipping to our website very soon. Please email us at info@ladyblacktie.com if you’d like to order a gown and you are not based in the US.

ONLINE SALES POLICIES

The policy below is applicable to online sales only.

Sales purchased in store must follow the policy stated on your receipt and displayed in store.

In the case that you do not love your Lady Black Tie gown, we are happy to exchange or refund your dress subject to the following refund/exchange guidelines.

STEP 1:

Lady Black Tie must be notified of the reasoning for your desired return or exchange via email: info@ladyblacktie.com within 24 hours of receiving your garment.

STEP 2:

Once Lady Black Tie agrees to the return/exchange, you will receive a returns form, which is to be filled out and enclosed with the returned garment. Returned items will not be accepted without a completed returns form.

STEP 3:

Within 72 hours of receiving your garment, return your gown and completed returns form to Lady Black Tie via trackable shipping method.

●   Item must be in original condition

●   All tags and hanging ribbon must be in place

●   Item must not have been worn

●   Item must not have been washed or altered

●   Item must not be marked with make up, dirt, or spray tan

●   Returns form must be enclosed

STEP 4:

Lady Black Tie must be notified by email of returned tracking number.

If Lady Black Tie is not notified of a tracking number, we may not not be able to issue a refund.

STEP 5:

FOR RETURNS:

Once Lady Black Tie has received the returned garment it will undergo thorough inspection. If accepted, Lady Black Tie will issue a refund minus any processing/ handling fees. We issue a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

FOR EXCHANGE :

Once we have received the returned garment it will undergo thorough inspection. If accepted, we will ship the agreed dress of exchange. You will be liable for the shipping cost of exchanged gown. We truly want you to be happy with your first pick and avoid additional costs, which is why you should not hesitate to email or call us prior to ordering. Our fashion consultants know our dresses like the back of their hand and will answer any of your questions.
