Important Notice:  Please understand that as COVID-related restrictions on special events have eased across the country in Spring 2021, there has been high demand for floor-length gowns. Backorders for our most popular styles are common at this time. We are recommending you only order a gown well in advance to your event; or reach out to us to get a shipping time frame.

USA (Free Shipping)

For free shipping, we ship via USPS or UPS. 

Canada: ($14 Flat Rate)

We ship via USPS, UPS or DHL Express. Priority 3 day shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping: ($25.99 Flat Rate)

If you are not based in the USA or Canada and you’d like to place an order, a flat rate of $25.99 USD applies. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. International order might take longer to arrive, depending on how the order is processed in your country's customs.


When is my order shipping?

Mini length, Midi Length, and Maxi Dresses are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase from our location in Andover, Massachusetts, USA. The only exception is if the mini or midi is priced above $250 and is a designer label. When your shipping label is created, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking information. 

GOWNS: Gowns do not necessarily ship right away. Most gowns ship immediate, however, some of our floor-length gowns may be on backorder in periods of high seasonal demand or due to popularity. (Prom Season and Spring this is far more common) Your gown will ship when the reorder arrives or when they finish making more of the gown, which is typically 3 weeks. We encourage you to email us if you have any questions about a specific gown's availability and estimated ship date before placing an order. 

Portia & Scarlett Gowns are experiencing longer processing times in 2021. Average processing time for a Portia & Scarlett gown is currently 3 weeks from date of order. We welcome you to contact us to check a specific gowns stock availability prior to placing an order.

Atria Gowns are proudly 100% American made in Los Angeles and are all made-to-order due to the ability to choose custom colors! Due to on-shore production controls, their production times are highly reliable with no delays. These gowns take 2-2.5 weeks to make and ship out to you from the date of order. COVID: Please understand that with COVID-19, and the world re-opening in Spring 2021, the demand for floor-length gowns has increased tremendously. The supply chain of the formalwear industry is finally getting back on its feet again for the first time after a year of being knocked back by restrictions on special occasions. We ask for your patience and understanding as everyone is re-hiring and building back up to normal operations. We are incredibly optimistic to see the world is hosting proms and special occasions again! Rest assured, we are working closely with manufacturers to get every order out as soon as possible. Most gowns are stocked with us in Andover, Massachusetts, and ship out within 1-2 business days from order; however, We encourage you to reach out to us about a shipping time frame if you have a close turn around time prior to ordering a gown. Sell-outs & waiting for restocks do occur.

After your order has shipped, with the free shipping option it will usually takes an average of 3-10 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take slightly longer for more remote regions or international orders). This is just an estimate and does not include Sundays, Holidays, or any weather delays USPS, UPS or DHL Express may have in making the delivery. Orders received before 4:00pm EST are usually processed and shipped the same day of order. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are always processed on Monday. Keep in mind that the shipping time frames are not from the time of checkout, but rather from date the dress is processed and shipped. We will do our best to get you the dress prior to the wear date you listed at check out, however please note we do not offer guarantees based on customer's listed wear date.

Any extra shipping option you pay beyond our free shipping option is always non-refundable. We are not responsible for any delays that UPS, USPS, or DHL Express may experience.

NOTE: We ship to the address YOU provide, so please ensure all information is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any lost packages or shipping delays once they leave our location in Massachusetts.
