Britta Long Sleeve Gown - Dusty Rose - FINAL SALE

I ordered the dress for my daughters wedding. I followed the size guide but it was too large. I was a little upset because I needed the dress in that week because I live in another country and ordered while I was visiting so I could have it in time. I emailed ladyblacktie to explain my dilemma. They credited me right away- before they received the return (with just the tracking number). I was able to order the dress in the correct size and it was delivered in time.
The dress fits true to size. It fit like a comfortable glove. The dusty rose color is more champagne than pink but worked. I had it altered to remove the bottom hem but that was due to preference.
The customer service was amazing. It is stated that refunds are by store credit only and that was clear and they exceeded my expectations by helping me get what I needed in a timely fashion.

The wedding was great and I looked good for my girls big day.

I believe I blinked and the gown was at my doorstep.
I ordered the gown 3-10-22 and received it 3-12-22! And then the reveal…
the material feels divine and it just looks stunning. I was nervous on the sizing but took the chance, and the small fits beautifully. I can not wait to wear this gown at the event we are attending .

The Dusty Rose dress is more of a light champagne. No where near pink, but the quality and look of the dress is great! Just not the color we were thinking for the wedding. Customer service was also great!
