Returns/Exchange Process

Here’s a quick summary of our return/exchange process:
  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise with all tags still attached. Please note, FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Period: Make sure to send your return back within 14 days from when your package is marked as delivered.
  • Packaging: You may reuse the eco-friendly packaging your dress arrived in for your return.
  • Include: Don’t forget to include your name and order number with your return.
  • Return Address: Lady Black Tie Returns, 43 Broad Street, Suite A200, Hudson, MA 01749
  • Return Labels: We don’t provide return labels, but don’t worry! You can choose any shipping service that’s most convenient for you (like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to send your return back to us.
  • Processing Time: We typically process returns within 2-4 business days once we receive your item. 
  • Store Credit: Your return will be processed as store credit, which never expires. Keep an eye out for an email confirming that your store credit has been issued. Once you receive it, you can place a new order for a different size or dress whenever you’re ready. We’re always adding new styles and hope that you will find something you love!
