Shipping Info

 If it reads "ships out in one business day from order" next to the gown/dress, then you do not need to inquire with us about a shipping timeline! It will ship out right away! As a company, we always recommend customers order a floor-length gown well in advance of your event to allow time for alterations or hem if necessary.

USA (Free Shipping for order TOTAL over $100 USD)

We ship via USPS or UPS. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are exchanging a product and your total dollar amount with store credit comes out to "Zero" or less than $100 in dollar value, then the shipping charge will apply.

Canada: ($14 Flat Rate)

We ship via USPS, UPS or DHL Express. Priority 3-5 day shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping: ($40.00 Flat Rate)  Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia/New Zealand ($55.00 Flat Rate)

If you are not based in the USA or Canada and you’d like to place an order, a flat rate for shipping in USD applies. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. International orders might take longer to arrive, depending on how the order is processed in your Country's customs.

When is my order shipping?

Mini, Midi and Maxi length dresses are shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase from our location in Hudson, Massachusetts, USA. When your shipping label is created, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking information. 

GOWNS: If the gown has 'Ships out in 1 business day from order' next to 'availability' then your gown will ship right away. Most gowns ship immediately, however, some of our bridesmaids styles (like the Kinsley Gown) are constantly being restocked, and may take longer to dispatch depending on the color and size. Your gown will ship when the reorder arrives or when they finish making more of the gown, which is typically a 2-3 week cycle. We encourage you to email us info@ladyblacktie.com if you have any questions about a specific bridesmaid gown's availability and the estimated ship date before placing an order. 

Portia & Scarlett Gowns Most are available for quick shipping and will have 'Ships out in 1 business day from order' written next to the product. If it does not have this, we recommend reaching out and we can let you know an estimate of how long it will take to ship (this is true for styles popular for Bridesmaids, like PS6321, or PS21258)  Average processing time for a Portia & Scarlett gown is currently 1-2 weeks from date of order. Shipping is by DHL, UPS or FedEx, and your order will ship from one of their many international warehouses.

Atria Gowns are proudly 100% American made in Los Angeles and are all made-to-order due to the ability to choose custom colors! Due to on-shore production controls, their production times are highly reliable with no delays. These gowns take 2-2.5 weeks to make and ship out to you from the date of order. Please note during prom season due to high order volume, you can expect it to take a little longer, typically 1 month from order date. After your order has shipped, with the free shipping option it can take an average of 3-7 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take slightly longer for more remote regions or international orders). This is just an estimate and does not include Sundays, Holidays, or any weather delays USPS, UPS or DHL Express may have in making the delivery. Orders received before 1:00pm EST are usually processed and shipped the same day of order. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are always processed on Monday. Keep in mind that the shipping time frames are not from the time of checkout, but rather from date the dress is processed and shipped. We will do our best to get you the dress prior to the wear date you listed at check out, however please note we do not offer guarantees based on customer's listed wear date.

Any extra shipping option you pay beyond our free shipping option is always non-refundable. We are not responsible for any delays that UPS, USPS, or DHL Express may experience.

NOTE: We ship to the address YOU provide, so please ensure all information is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any lost packages or shipping delays once they leave our location in Massachusetts.
