Shipping Info

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase from our location in Andover, Massachusetts, USA. When your shipping label is created, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking information. 

After your order has shipped, it will usually takes an average of 3-7 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take slightly longer for more remote regions or international orders). This is just an estimate and does not include Sundays, Holidays, or any weather delays USPS, UPS or DHL Express may have in making the delivery. Orders received before 4:00pm EST are usually processed and shipped the same day of order. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are always processed on Monday.

USA (Free Shipping)

 For free shipping, we ship via USPS or UPS. Priority 3 day shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.

Canada: ($14 Flat Rate)

As of August 5th, 2020, we are no longer offering free shipping to Canada. This is due to the shipping carriers raising their rates to Canada in early 2020. We ship via USPS, UPS or DHL Express. Priority 3 day shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping: ($25.99 Flat Rate)

If you are not based in the USA or Canada and you’d like to place an order, a flat rate of $25.99 USD applies. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. International order might take longer to arrive, depending on how the order is processed in your country's customs.

Occasionally, some of our floor-length gowns may be on backorder due to seasonal demand or high popularity. Your gown will ship when the reorder arrives; usually no more than 2 weeks. 95% of our gowns ship out in 1-2 business days from order. You are welcome to call us at 978-699-3727 or email us info@ladyblacktie.com if you have any questions about a specific gown's availability. We will do our best to get you the dress prior to the wear date you listed at check out, however please note we do not offer guarantees based on customer wear date.  

NOTE: We ship to the address YOU provide, so please ensure all information is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any lost packages or shipping delays once they leave our location in Massachusetts.
