Cancellation policy

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have questions regarding our items or a shipping timeframe before placing your order or are having technical issues with ordering, please contact Customer Care at info@ladyblacktie.com 

Once an order is placed, it gets sorted straight through to its respective warehouse or in some cases, a production order is placed on the dress to be made for you. We CANNOT stop an order or individually pull out an order from this process once your order is placed. So please take due care to assure you selected the right size and entered the correct shipping information at checkout.

It is the customer responsibility to read, understand and review all of our policies, including our return and exchange process and policy which is readily available on our website.  By placing an order on our website, you have ticked a box accepting our terms and conditions, including our return policy, pre-order policy and cancellation policy.

If you had a change of mind or no longer want/need the dress you ordered, you must wait to receive it and then we will gladly accept a return on it per our return policy. 

All products marked FINAL SALE are final sale and cannot be returned.
